Who are the Snowdonia Light Flyers?
The Snowdonia Light Flyers Club have been flying over the stunning scenery of North Wales since 2001. The club is formed of a group of light aviation pilots from Caernarfon and the surrounding area. Since 2005 the Club has flown out of their home airfield near Bethel. Club Members fly a range of light aircraft including flexwing microlights, SSDR microlights, paramotors and powered hang-gliders. Certain senior club members have also been known to enjoy driving around the field in antique gyrocopters, with more modern gyro’s occasionally flying in to the field now and then as well.
